At Washo's Bike Shop, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your gear. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery provided they are in new, unused condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account and select the order containing the item you wish to return to generate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Gear

  Securely place the item in its original packaging, ensuring all tags, manuals, and components are included to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the returned equipment, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
