How are the bikes shipped and do they require assembly?
All bikes are shipped 85% pre-assembled in heavy-duty protective boxes. You will typically need to install the front wheel, handlebars, pedals, and saddle using the included tool kit.
What is Washo's Bike Shop return policy?
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return the bike in its original packaging. Please note that a restocking fee may apply for bikes that have been ridden extensively.
Do your bikes come with a manufacturer warranty?
Yes, all new bikes come with a limited lifetime warranty on the frame and a 1-year warranty on components against manufacturing defects.
How do I determine the correct frame size for my height?
We provide a detailed sizing chart on every product page. If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing down for more agility or sizing up for increased stability.
Do you offer international shipping for parts and accessories?
Currently, we ship full bikes within the continental US only, but we offer worldwide shipping for all components, apparel, and maintenance accessories.
